DELIVERY CHARGES
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £250 DELIVERED MONDAY TO FRIDAY ( UK Mainland only )
ORDERS UNDER £250, THERE IS A FLAT RATE DELIVERY CHARGE OF £20.00
Depending on your location we will either deliver your order with our own refrigerated vehicles or send the order via our couriers DPD.
Once an order has been received one of our sales team will contact you to give you an update and exact delivery day.
For orders placed BEFORE 2.00 pm Monday to Thursday we will do our best to deliver next day but cannot always guarantee this.
All orders received AFTER 2.00 pm on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday for Tuesday delivery this is to avoid damage to goods being left all weekend in delivery warehouses.
Delivery for the Highlands of Scotland ( not islands ) please call our office for a best price quote **Please note that this is now a TWO day service**
For Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland please call our office for a best price quote.
Orders are usually dispatched on the same day as receipt for next day delivery but if there is a delay for any reason we will contact you.
Our couriers usually require a signature but are happy to leave goods in a secure place of your choice should you be out, please let us know when you place your order.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
RETURNS.
You have 30 days to to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging
Your item needs to have the receipt .
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
if your refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or raise a credit note depending on account status . (or original method of payment ).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuers policies .
SHIPPING.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
