Orders outside London and Home Counties are delivered via our third-party couriers. Goods travel at customer’s own risk and Cibosano will not be hold responsible for any claim once goods have left our warehouse.

Goods are offered subject to stock availability, duty, market and levy fluctuations, and subject to alterations. We will endeavour to advise you in advance but cannot guarantee that we will be able to change/cancel your pre-orders.

The risk of the goods shall pass to the Purchaser at the time of delivery. All goods must be checked upon delivery.

Claims will only be considered in writing by email with a countered signed copy by our own delivery drivers on the delivery note, and if made within 12 hours of goods being received.

Pictures of any damaged goods must be sent with the claim. No claim for missing or damaged goods will be accepted thereafter.

Payments are per your agreed account terms, unless otherwise agreed at the time of placing your order.

Prices are excluding Vat.

Title of the goods: Please note that products remain the property of Cibosano Ltd until outstanding accounts are settled in full.

 

DISCOUNT TERMS 2022

Linee Fiasconaro/Fiasconaro & Dolce&Gabbana:

  • 1-3 Cases = 10% discount
  • 4-7 Cases = 15% discount
  • 8-12 Cases = 17.5% discount
  • 13-19 Cases = 20% discount

The online sale is subject to the following:

  • Fiasconaro products are to be sold exclusively on your website, therefore cannot be resold on marketplace websites such as Amazon, eBay and so on.
  • The “FIASCONARO” logo cannot be altered in any shape or form and must not appear on the website homepage. The Fiasconaro Srl products images used on the websites can only be those supplied by the Company Cibosano and cannot be altered.
