PRE-ORDER AND STANDING ORDER POLICY
What is a pre-order?
The PRE-ORDER item is a product which for its nature of freshness has a short life between maximum 2-3 weeks. For this reason, we highly recommend our clients to choose the items by pre-ordering it from our “weekly imports” from Italy thus guaranteeing that you receive them with the longest shelf life. It means that when you place the order:
– if the product is available you can add to your cart
– if it is out of stock, you can pre-order for the following delivery date to you by sending an email at email@example.com
If you want to order a product with the “Pre-Order” logo to be delivered every week, you can place a STANDING ORDER with our office at firstname.lastname@example.org. This means that the products on Standing Orders will be automatically ordered fresh every week for you and delivered when they are available in our warehouse.
Delivery times may vary for pre-orders and standing orders. Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre-order item, we can dispatch your order all at once or in more deliveries, according to our delivery schedule in your area.
In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer Care will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Can I amend or cancel a pre-order/standing order?
You can amend or cancel a pre-order or a standing order by emailing us at email@example.com 10 working days before your usual delivery for these items. Modifications are not guaranteed if received after this moment on.
