Frozen confectionery raw product to be consumed after cooking of straight-shaped, consisting of a dough of yeast dough with whole wheat flour, peeled after cooking and stuffed with blackberry and elderberry, decorated on the surface with cane sugar, hemp grains and chia seeds.

Preheat the oven at 160-170 °C. Place the croissants on the baking tray and bake for about 25-28 minutes. Remove from oven and allow product to cool.
